Essential oil extraction machine
Essential oil extraction equipment is a mechanical tool specially used to extract essential oils from plants. Its invention provides people with a more efficient and convenient way to obtain the essence of plants. These devices are usually composed of multiple parts, including boilers, distillation devices, condensers, etc.
When using essential oil extraction equipment, the plant is first placed in the boiler and then heated to release the essential oil. Next, the released essential oil is distilled out through the distillation device and cooled in the condenser to finally obtain pure essential oil. Compared with traditional manual extraction methods, these devices have higher efficiency and quality. In modern industrial production, essential oil extraction equipment is widely used in cosmetics, condiments and other fields. It not only improves production efficiency, but also retains the nutrients and aroma of the plant, making the product more pure and natural.

Chracters of Essential oil extraction machine:
1) By steam-distillation to reach the extraction of essential oils.
2) Easy operation. One people can operate this machine easily.
3) High efficiency. Using indirect heating of heat transfer oil, it can quickly reach 100℃ high temperature under the conditions of cleanness,safety and atmospheric pressure. If required, with vacuum pump, the extraction speed of essential oils will be more faster.
4) Compact structure. It covers only about 1.5 square meter.
5) Raw materials of Essential oil steam distillation:
Plant leaves and flowers: roses, osmanthus,chrysanthemum,lavender,
sagebrush, rosemary, wintersweet, sophora japonica, mint, thyme,etc.
Plant roots: aloes, ginger, aloe, clove,etc.
Plant fruit, passion fruit, castor, aniseed, grape seeds, etc.
Plant leaves and flowers: roses, osmanthus,chrysanthemum,lavender,
sagebrush, rosemary, wintersweet, sophora japonica, mint, thyme,etc.
