1. Product Overview
The JIS F7305 J type flanged cast iron straight through globe stop valve is a high-performance marine valve specially designed for shipbuilding and offshore engineering. Fully compliant with Japanese Industrial Standard JIS F7305, this valve is engineered for reliable on-off control of seawater, fresh water, fuel oil and other fluids in ship piping systems. 2. Material & Construction
Constructed from high-quality cast iron (FC200/HT200), the valve body offers excellent corrosion resistance and durability in harsh marine environments, effectively resisting seawater erosion and long-term wear. The internal trim including valve disc, seat and stem is made of 2Cr13 stainless steel, providing superior hardness, wear resistance and sealing performance. The precision-machined sealing surfaces guarantee bubble-tight shutoff and zero leakage, while the reinforced bonnet structure ensures reliable pressure resistance under 5K/10K working conditions.

This JIS F7305 J type valve features a standard JIS flanged end connection, which is fully compatible with ship piping systems for easy installation, maintenance and replacement. It covers a full size range from DN25 to DN300, with pressure ratings of 5K and 10K, and can withstand working temperatures up to 200℃. The valve can also be customized with different materials, actuators and certificates to meet specific project requirements.

Each JIS F7305 J type cast iron stop valve undergoes strict factory inspection, including hydrostatic pressure testing, leakage testing and appearance inspection, to ensure 100% compliance with marine standards and zero defects before shipment. We can provide classification society certificates such as CCS, BV, LR and ABS upon request to meet shipyard and shipowner inspection requirements. All valves are packed in standard export plywood wooden cases (non-fumigation or IPPC fumigated) with anti-rust oil and waterproof wrapping, ensuring safe transportation and perfect arrival at the destination.
