1. Product Introduction
Hot dip galvanized (HDG) steel pipe is made by immersing carbon steel pipe into molten zinc at high temperature (450-460℃), forming a dense zinc-iron alloy layer and a pure zinc layer on the surface. This double-layer coating provides excellent corrosion resistance, rust prevention, and durability, effectively extending the service life of the steel pipe. It is widely used in water supply and drainage, fire protection, gas transmission, construction engineering, agricultural greenhouses, and industrial fluid conveying fields.

4. Surface & Process
Surface State: Uniform zinc coating, smooth and bright, no peeling, no blistering, no rust
Processing Technology: Hot dip galvanizing, pickling, derusting, phosphating, annealing (optional)
Edge Condition: Smooth cut edge, no burr, no deformation
Coating Performance: Strong adhesion, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, suitable for harsh environments (humid, coastal, industrial areas)
5. Product Performance
Corrosion Resistance: Excellent anti-rust and anti-corrosion performance, service life up to 30-50 years in normal environment
Mechanical Properties: High strength, good toughness, impact resistance, suitable for high-pressure and heavy-load scenarios
Coating Quality: Dense zinc layer, uniform thickness, strong adhesion, not easy to fall off
Installability: Light weight, easy to cut, weld and install, compatible with various connecting methods (thread, flange, socket)

7. Packing & Delivery
Packing: Bundled with steel strips, wrapped with waterproof plastic film, or customized packing (wooden cases, pallets) according to customer requirements; each bundle is labeled with material, specification, zinc coating thickness and production date.
Delivery Time: 5-7 working days for in-stock products
Shipping Method: By sea (FCL/LCL), by land (truck), by air (urgent orders).
Quality Certificate: Mill Test Certificate (MTC), Zinc Coating Test Report, and other relevant certificates provided.
8. Trade Terms

Payment Terms: T/T (30% advance payment, 70% balance before delivery)
