1. Product Introduction

Hot dip galvanized (HDG) steel pipe is made by immersing carbon steel pipe into molten zinc at high temperature (450-460℃), forming a dense zinc-iron alloy layer and a pure zinc layer on the surface. This double-layer coating provides excellent corrosion resistance, rust prevention, and durability, effectively extending the service life of the steel pipe. It is widely used in water supply and drainage, fire protection, gas transmission, construction engineering, agricultural greenhouses, and industrial fluid conveying fields.
