Production Process

Made from high-quality continuous casting billets, heated in walking-beam furnaces, descaled with high-pressure water, then rolled in finishing mills at high temperature. Controlled rolling and cooling technology ensures uniform internal microstructure and stable mechanical properties. Finished products go through straightening, cutting, bundling and inspection to guarantee straight shape, accurate size and smooth surface.

Mechanical Properties

Our rebar features stable yield strength, tensile strength and favorable elongation. It has excellent weldability and cold bending performance without easy brittle fracture. Seismic rebar greatly improves plasticity and toughness while maintaining high strength, effectively absorbing energy under sudden loads or earthquakes, reducing collapse risks and improving overall structural safety.
