The intelligent AC load box system is an electric energy load testing system independently developed by our company, specifically designed for on-load testing of low-voltage generator sets. It can verify the performance and stability of various low-voltage generator sets during actual operation, ensuring their normal and reliable power supply, and meeting the needs of various industries for generator sets as standby power sources.
By conducting on-load tests on generator sets through an intelligent load box system, parameters such as output power, fuel consumption rate, and temperature changes of the generator sets under test can be detected. This allows for precise measurement of the output power and load-bearing capacity of the generator sets. Testing of the main electrical parameters of the generator sets helps users assess their working condition and operational efficiency. It enables timely and accurate judgment of the generator sets' performance under different load conditions, identifies potential faults or issues, and prompts timely measures for repair, ensuring the normal operation of the units and extending their service life.

The load is equipped with a local control panel, which is divided into several power levels and can be controlled by a switch.
It can arbitrarily combine and load power values within the rated range, measure and display parameters such as steady-state three-phase voltage, current, active power, reactive power, apparent power, power factor, frequency, and running time of the generator set.
You can also directly input the power and power factor, and the system will automatically allocate them to the corresponding gear for loading.
When there are two or more loading methods available, the system will set up a control mode selection switch. Once one control mode is selected, operations performed through the other methods will be invalidated, thus avoiding conflicts caused by multiple operations.
