The double-head boring machine is designed to machine both end sides of a cylinder simultaneously. Its tooling is used for tapered hole processing, as well as integrated machining of flat end faces, welding seams, and outer circular chamfers. The machine features double tool holders, a four-axis servo control system, an integrated cast bed, and rectangular guide rails. With sufficient strength, rigidity, and good shock absorption, the machine tool ensures stable performance. Additionally, the double-head boring machine has a compact tool structure.
