The Honeywell Resideo MMI810.1Mod.43 is a microprocessor-based combustion management and safety controller designed for industrial and commercial gas burner applications. It provides reliable ignition control, flame monitoring, and comprehensive safety lockout functions.
**Technical Parameters:**
* **Supply Voltage:** 100-240V AC, 50/60 Hz.
* **Power Consumption:** Typically 8 VA.
* **Outputs:**
* Gas Valve Outputs: Two safety shut-off valves (MV1, MV2). The output for MV1 is rated for 2.5A (230V AC), and for MV2 it is 1.5A (230V AC).
* Combustion Air Damper Actuator: One 3-point floating control output (0/24/230V AC, max. 0.5A).
* Alarm Relay: One changeover contact, rated 5A (250V AC), for general alarm or remote indication.
* **Flame Detection:**
* **Flame Sensor Input:** Compatible with ionization or UV flame scanner (UV1S).
* **Flame Signal Strength:** Displayed via LED indicators on the front panel.
* **Inputs:**
* **Thermostat/Controller Input:** Accepts a dry contact closure or a voltage-free contact from an external controller to initiate a burner run cycle.
* **Air Pressure Prover Switch:** Monitors the combustion air flow via a pressure switch to ensure adequate air supply before ignition.
* **Gas Pressure Switch Inputs:** Monitors high and low gas pressure switches to ensure gas pressure is within safe operating limits.

* **Safety Class:** According to EN 298:2012.
* **Safety Time:** Pre-purge, post-purge, ignition trial, and safety lockout times are field-configurable.
* **Lockout:** Automatic safety lockout in case of ignition failure, flame loss during operation, or any other safety device fault. Manual reset is required after a lockout.
