The exhaust fan for rotogravure cylinder plating machines is designed for use in electroplating equipment, including copper plating, chrome plating, nickel plating, alkaline copper plating, degreasing, and dechroming tanks. Its primary function is to remove harmful gases generated during the electroplating process.
During the production process in a gravure cylinder making electroplating workshop, large amounts of acidic gases are generated. These gases must be treated promptly; otherwise, they can severely impact production, personnel health, and the atmospheric environment. We can connect all electroplating equipment to a single pipeline system, then purify the gases using purification equipment and the exhaust fan, and finally discharge them outdoors via the fan.
Exhaust fans with different materials and power ratings can be customized based on customer requirements.
