The OXSU type cross roller bearings (both inner and outer ring types) have undergone the processing of installation holes, so there is no need for fixed flanges and support seats. Additionally, due to the use of the integrated inner and outer ring structure with a housing, the installation has almost no impact on performance, thus enabling stable rotational accuracy and torque. It can be used for both inner and outer ring rotations.
Structural Feature: The cross roller bearing is composed of cylindrical rollers that are arranged perpendicularly to each other on the rolling surface of the V-shaped groove through isolation blocks. Therefore, the cross roller bearing can withstand various loads in multiple directions, including radial load, axial load, and torque load. The dimensions of the inner and outer rings are miniaturized, and the thin form is even closer to the extremely small size, and it has high rigidity and precision that can reach P5, P4, and P2.
