The OKLDF series of thrust angular contact ball bearings comprise a single-piece outer ring, two inner rings, and two sets of ball and cage assemblies, with a contact angle of 60 degrees. The outer and inner rings are fitted with mounting holes to facilitate the installation and securing of the bearings using connecting bolts. The bearings are secured by connecting bolts, ensuring safe installation,transport and handling.
The OKLDF series thrust angular contact ball turntable bearings are fitted with seals on both sides to prevent the ingress of external contaminants and impurities, as well as the leakage of internal grease. The OKLDF series thrust angular contact ball turntable bearings are lubricated with a composite barium-based grease and can also be relubricated via the oil holes on the outer ring.
The OKLDF thrust angular contact ball series slewing bearings feature a double-row ball design with a 60-degree contact angle in both directions, enabling them to withstand radial loads, bidirectional axial loads and overturning moments; the specially designed brass cage provides higher strength and lower starting torque; consequently, this series of bearings is particularly
suitable for ultra-high-speed, long-term operation and applications requiring high rigidity and precision.
The OKLDF series offers low friction, high rotational precision and high maximum rotational speeds. It can withstand high axial and radial loads whilst maintaining excellent tilting rigidity. These bearings are particularly suitable for applications involving combined loads and precision requirements, and are widely used in machine tool rotary tables, grinding heads and various testing equipment.
