Fisher™ A31A Low-Temperature High-Performance Butterfly Valve Product Description - The Fisher A31A low-temperature high-performance butterfly valve is designed for extreme temperature and low-temperature applications, featuring an extended valve body that keeps the package system and actuator away from extreme temperatures. This valve also has a metal NOVEX eal seal, which provides tight closure, low operating torque, and the stability and durability required for low-temperature applications. Features - • Developed as a valve/actuator package with dual D drive shafts, it can be easily and directly installed on gear and rack actuators without an external coupling system. • The concentric rotation feature enables the butterfly plate to remain in the closed position even when the pressure suddenly increases or the actuator fails. • The torque required to open and close the valve is the same regardless of the direction of the pressure application. • All components, including the shaft and the butterfly plate, can be interchangeable, simplifying maintenance and reducing maintenance costs. • The installation of the sealing retaining ring screws does not interfere with the sealing function of the flat gasket or the spiral gasket on the pipe flange. • The valve body can automatically align with the bolts on the pipe flange, enabling quick and accurate alignment installation of the valve and the pipe.
