Aluminized zinc-coated steel coils, as an important metallic material in modern industry, integrate the essence of metallurgical technology and materials science in their production process. This metal material, possessing corrosion resistance, weather resistance, and formability, occupies a vital position in the construction, home appliance, and automobile manufacturing sectors.
Passivation treatment employs a chromate process, maintaining the solution pH between 3.8 and 4.2. A three-roll milling device controls the coating amount to 15-25 mg/m². The drying process utilizes a hot air circulation system, with the temperature gradient gradually decreasing from 120℃ to 80℃ to ensure a uniform and dense passivation film. Some high-end products undergo oiling, using electrostatic coating technology to control the rust-preventive oil film thickness to 1-2 μm.
Finished steel coils are packaged in moisture-proof packaging, with an inner layer of vapor phase rust-preventive paper and an outer layer of high-strength PET film. The winding tension is controlled at 10%-15% of the material's yield strength to ensure the steel coils do not undergo plastic deformation. The storage environment requires a relative humidity below 60%, employing a laser-positioned three-dimensional storage system, with a stacking height not exceeding 5 layers.
