PRODUCTION DESCRIPTION
Cold room also called cold room storage,cold warehouse,walk in freezer,refrigeration room and so on.
According to the use,our cold room have three levels:
1.Fresh cold room; Temperature -5℃~15℃
2.Refrigerated cold room; Temperature -23℃~ -15℃
3.Blast freezer room(also called shock/flash freezer room.)；Temperature -40℃~ -35℃
Cold storage fruits,vegetables,potato, flowers,lemon, beverage...for keeping fresh.
Can cold storage frozen meat, frozen fish,frozen chicken,ice cream,frozen seafood...
Freezing food in a second,then push them into the refrigerated cold storage room.
Own factory, small to large size cold room, fresh cold storage or freezing cold room all can be customized.
Cold room compressor and condenser
Adopt famous brand compressor and condenser with strong power,safety protection,suitable for many different refrigeration units.According to the size of cold room,equipped with different refrigeration units.
Cold room air cooler
Fin spacing 4.5mm suitable for fresh cold room(-5℃~15℃); Fin spacing 6mm suitable for refrigerated cold room(-23℃~ -15℃); Fin spacing 9mm suitable for blast freezer room(-40℃~ -35℃)
Cold room polyurethane insulation panel
Thickness: 50/75/100/120/150/200mm; Cover: SS304,SS316,Aluminum; Fireproof material: Grade B1 or B2; Hook type connection design is easy to install and disassemble.
Cold room door
Hinged swing door; Manual or Electric sliding door; Electric control up and down sliding door;
Inside of the door equipped with emergency escape device prevent people from getting trapped in cold room.
