Spherical Roller Bearings - Product Introduction
Spherical roller bearings (SRBs) are high-performance heavy-duty bearings designed for demanding industrial applications where shaft misalignment, heavy loads, and harsh working conditions are common.
Featuring a double-row barrel roller structure, an outer ring with a spherical raceway, and an inner ring with double inclined raceways, SRBs deliver superior self-aligning capability (accommodating angular misalignment of 1°–2.5°). This unique design effectively compensates for shaft deflection and installation coaxiality errors, eliminating edge stress concentration and extending service life.
Available with two cage options to match diverse working requirements:
CA type (solid brass cage): Offers high rigidity and excellent impact resistance, ideal for heavy-load, high-vibration scenarios like crushers and rolling mills.
CC type (stamped steel cage): Boasts lightweight construction and low friction, suitable for medium-to-high speed operations such as reducers and water pumps.
We provide flexible bore configurations including straight bore and taper bore (1:12/1:30 tapers), which can be paired with adapter sleeves for easy clearance adjustment during installation. The optional W33 oil groove and hole design ensures efficient lubrication, making SRBs suitable for high-temperature, continuous-operation environments.
Crafted from premium bearing steel (GCr15/20CrMnMo) with precision heat treatment (hardness ≥ 60 HRC), our spherical roller bearings exhibit outstanding wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and load-bearing capacity. They can withstand heavy radial loads and bidirectional axial loads simultaneously, but are not recommended for pure axial load applications.
