CORROSION INHIBITOR CP-25
CP-25 is a kind of liquid anti-rust additive obtained by dissolving tricarboxylic acid CP-50 in triethanolamine (TEA). The advantage of CP-25 is that it is more convenient and fast to use.
CP-25 can be used alone in metalworking fluids or in combination with other water-soluble rust inhibitors for semi-synthetic cutting fluids, fully synthetic cutting fluids and water-based cleaning agents.
Application: CP-25 is suitable for a variety of water-based solution of water soluble anti-rust agent, mainly used in a variety of micro-emulsion and semi-synthetic, fully synthetic metalworking fluids, and water-based cleaning agent and other water-based products.
Performance characteristics:
● Good solubility.
● Good compatibility with other additives in the formula, no adverse effects on the stability of the system.
● Excellent anti-rust effect on black metal.
● No nitrite.
Dosage (mass ratio) in metalworking fluids: When used in metalworking fluids: Depending on the metalworking fluids (semi-synthetic and fully synthetic) and the requirements for rust prevention, the recommended dosage in the concentrated liquid can be 5-15%. Customers can also flexibly adjust according to their own formula needs.
Package: 200kg/drum or 1100kg/IBC tank.
