The design of supermarket Electric Shopping Cart requires comprehensive automation control, safety protection, and ergonomics, with the core consisting of three parts: power system, control device, and intelligent obstacle avoidance. According to the existing technical solution, its design can refer to the following key modules:
Power system:
Using environmentally friendly batteries as power sources, such as 12V lead-acid batteries or lighter lithium batteries, placed at the bottom of the handcart to lower the center of gravity and improve stability. The battery should be equipped with charging detection and automatic shutdown functions to ensure a balance between safety and battery life.
Control and Drive Design:
Install a "driving" control device at the armrest, which enables forward (right-click) and reverse (left click) operations through buttons, reducing the user's operational burden. The driving method can use wheel hub motors, such as DC wheel hub motors with good waterproof performance, which are directly integrated into the interior of the wheels to improve transmission efficiency.
Intelligent security system:
Equipped with infrared or ultrasonic sensors at the front end, it automatically brakes when obstacles are detected to prevent collisions, especially suitable for crowded supermarket environments. At the same time, anti tipping support structures and vibration reduction designs can be added to enhance the stability of the load.
Structure and Extended Functionality:
The car body adopts a metal frame to enhance load-bearing capacity, combined with universal wheels to improve steering flexibility.
Foldable armrest components and adjustable shelves can be added to meet the needs of users of different heights and shopping needs.
Support waterproof design (such as multiple sealing layers) to meet the needs of clean flushing or humid environments.
User experience optimization
Referring to the concept of smart supermarket handcart, it can integrate functions such as QR code shopping and automatic settlement preview, further improving shopping efficiency.
