Application: Automatic unloading of powder and granular materials in small bags.
Product Overview
This machine realizes fully automatic operation of feeding, bag cutting, separating and conveying. Equipped with a full-process dust collection system, it ensures no dust leakage, low noise and clean working environment, avoiding material waste and environmental pollution.
Working Process
1. Automatic feeding device conveys bagged materials to a 45° inclined slide.
2. High-speed rotating blades cut bags automatically as materials slide down by gravity.
3. Separator separates materials from waste bags and impurities.
4. Collected materials are transferred to storage tanks via bucket elevator or pneumatic conveying system.
5. Waste bags/impurities are discharged automatically.
6. Dust is captured and recycled by bag filter and dust removal system.
