We will pack the entire house as for a 20ft container and ship it directly, so it does not need to be packed in a shipping container.

Is for permanent residential building, it is more energy saving, with better sound proof and thermal insulation .
Q：If used in a rainy country or island country, will the house be rust easily?
No, it has great performance of anti rust. The wall frame is made of 6063 reinforced aluminum alloy，roof steel sheet is Aluminum alloy Magnesium 100g/sqm+painting finish.
Q：What is normal heating? Can I have additional heating if colder days?
As for the heating, we adopt thermal insulation aluminum window frame as well as double glass insulation. And the wall, roof and floor are filled with high performance thermal insulation and use flame retardant materials(PIR). Of course you can have additional heating. What’s more, the comfort style includes a 5 constant smart sir system, which is suitable for cold place.

Yes, and the electrical & plumbing are prefabricated in factory, no need labor work on site.
