Studied the biaxial mechanical properties of ETFE film by using the circular bubble test, and obtained the true stress-strain curve and basic mechanical property parameters. The results show that: when the true stress is 17~18MPa, there is a turning point in the true stress-strain curve of ETFE film, which is the same as the result of the uniaxial tensile test; when the true stress is about 50MPa, the curve tends to be gentle; when the true stress is about 60MPa, the spherical crown of ETFE film fails due to local damage; under biaxial tension, the true strain of ETFE film at rupture is 30%~40%, which is much smaller than the result of the uniaxial tensile test. Based on the test results, a four-line constitutive model was proposed, and its applicability was verified by numerical simulation.
