1. The maintenance of the air filter is similar to that of the oil-water separator, including regular water drainage, sewage discharge, and filter element replacement. It should be noted that before starting the maintenance, the on-off valve needs to be closed and the pipeline pressure should be slowly released! Otherwise, it may cause dangerous accidents, especially for high-pressure filters.
2. Pay attention to water and sewage discharge. Under normal circumstances, sewage should be discharged every 3000 kilometers. After the system pressure is released, unscrew the sewage valve to discharge sewage until the liquid runs out, and then close the sewage valve.
3. The impurity content in the air directly determines the service life of the filter element. Replace the filter element every time the oil is changed or every 10,000 kilometers. However, in actual use, if the air source is clean, the replacement mileage can be extended to 20,000 - 30,000 kilometers
