4.Working principle
Open the dust collector,elevator in turn to prepare. Put workpiece in shot blast chamber and load on the rubber belt track. Then close the chamber door; open impeller head, shot gate; impeller head begin throwing steel shot and clearing oxide skin. Meanwhile, rubber belt keep on moving to make workpiece tumbling, in order to clean up uniformly.
Splashed steel shots fall into mesh in bottom though holes in belt, and then screw conveyor conveys steel shot to bottom of elevator. Steel shot are elevated to separator and cleansed, then steel shot fall into impeller again. Shot blasting time( according to workpiece) is controlled by time relay.After finishing shot blasting work, close impeller head and open the chamber gate, reversing belt rotation. Workpiece are unloaded
