Product Details
The NHN, RHR, and AHA series of composite insulating papers combine the advantages of the high-temperature resistance of paper and the high-voltage resistance and good mechanical properties of PI. Since it is a double-sided composite and both sides are protected by paper, it can be used in environments with high overall temperature resistance requirements. However, since PI shrinks at high temperatures, the product may deform. Therefore, this type of product is not suitable for use in high-end electrical equipment. However, the NHN and AHA composite papers combine the advantages of paper and PI, and the price combines the prices of paper and PI, improving the cost-performance ratio. So, they are widely used in small transformers, high-end motors, motors, and electronic and electrical equipment.
NMN and NHN are made by compounding genuine American DuPont Nomex paper raw materials and are UL certified.AMA is composed of a polyester film in the middle and Aramid paper on both sides, coated with H-grade adhesive. Aramid paper is an insulating paper similar to the performance of Nomex 464, developed and produced by domestic manufacturers. AMA is a soft composite material with a heat resistance rating above F grade. This product has passed the 200°C high-temperature test of the Guilin Electrical Equipment Scientific Research Institute in Guangxi. It has good mechanical and electrical properties, and the product surface is smooth. It is especially suitable for use in the automatic winding machines of low-voltage motors. AMA is widely used for inter-slot, slot cover, and phase insulation in low-voltage motors, and can also be used for inter-layer insulation in transformers and other electrical equipment.

AHA is composed of a middle layer of polyimide film and Aramid paper on both sides, coated with H-class adhesive. Aramid paper is an insulating paper similar to the performance of Nomex464, developed and produced by domestic manufacturers. AHA is a soft composite material with a heat resistance rating of H-class (180 degrees), which has good mechanical properties, such as tensile strength and edge tear resistance, as well as good electrical strength. The product surface is smooth, which can ensure no obstacles when using an automatic coil winding machine for the production of low-voltage motors. AHA is mainly used for inter-slot, slot cover, and inter-phase insulation of high heat-resistant motors.
AMA/AHA should be stored under sealed and dry conditions. The products are mostly provided in rolls with a width of 1000mm. At the same time, Guangzhou Guchen Industry Co., Ltd. provides slicing (about 1000*1000mm or according to customer requirements) and coil processing (minimum width is 5mm).
