Roller mixer is a device that mixes samples by simultaneously rolling a roller and a sample container (such as a bottle, test tube, etc.). When the roller rolls, the container also rolls, causing the liquid or solid inside the container to continuously mix. Compared with other types of mixers, its excellent feature is that sample processing is simple, and various containers can be accommodated inside the mixer without the need for additional fitting devices or accessories.
The roller mixer has two ways of operation:
1. Swing+Rolling: The roller forms a certain angle with the center of the shaft, and when the roller rotates, it produces a slight up and down swing, which helps to improve the mixing effect of some viscous samples that require gentle mixing. This mixer is suitable for mixing blood samples, viscous substances, and liquid-solid suspensions, and also helps with sample thawing.
2. Rolling: The axis of rotation is aligned with the center of the roller, and the mixer only rolls horizontally. The sample is mixed through continuous rolling, making it suitable for powder particle mixing.
Functional features:
1. Being able to remove pipes from the machine to increase the distance between the rollers and accommodate larger containers.
2. Reliable microprocessor control, providing a digital timer with a maximum of 200 hours , and setting the speed control in increments of 1rpm.
3. It can roll in two directions: clockwise and counterclockwise.
4. Timer can be set for reversing and rolling.
5. Optional side guard to protect the sample container from falling out of the working surface.
6. Good safety features: When the motor stalls or overloads, the unit will stop, emit a "Bibi" sound, and display an "ERR" message.
7. Customizable maximum speed of 1000 revolutions per minute.
