Service process:
Step 1: First, inquire about the fault phenomenon and on-site situation of the damaged electrical equipment from the user.
Step 2: Analyze the causes of such faults according to the user's fault description.
Step 3: Open the equipment to be repaired, conduct a comprehensive cleaning of the machine, confirm the damaged components, and analyze the feasibility of repair and restoration.
Step 4: According to the working position of the damaged components, read and analyze the working principle of the circuit to find out the cause of the damaged components, so as to avoid similar faults in the future.
Step 5: Contact the customer, issue a detailed inspection report and maintenance quotation, seek the user's maintenance opinion, and carry out maintenance after the customer confirms the quotation.
Step 6: The maintenance content includes eliminating known faults, replacing aging and damaged components, and thoroughly cleaning and maintaining the whole machine inside and outside.
Step 7: After repair, conduct a simulated load test on the equipment. After completion, send it back to the customer for on-site testing on the whole machine.
Step 8: Enter the system when the whole machine is working normally.
