The screw oil press separates oil seeds from oil through mechanical extrusion and friction. Oil seeds enter the hopper and are propelled forward by the rotating screw. The gap between the pressing chamber and the screw gradually narrows, increasing the density and pressure of the oil seeds. Heat is generated through friction, breaking down the cell structure of the oil seeds. Finally, the oil flows out through the oil line, while the residue is pressed into a cake. 1. This machine can operate continuously without interruption, suitable for large-scale production. 2. Wide range of applicable raw materials. It can press over 90% of oilseed crops on the market, such as sesame, soybeans, peanuts, and other raw materials, eliminating the need to worry about single raw materials. 3. The pressing combines extrusion and friction, resulting in better cell wall breaking of the oilseeds and a higher oil yield. 4. The equipment is equipped with an integrated leaching system and a vacuum filtration system, allowing for continuous leaching and filtration, ultimately producing clear and transparent oil of high quality. 5. High degree of automation: From feeding to cake and oil output, the entire process is completed automatically and continuously, requiring less manual labor. |
