Medium and High Pressure Series Impactors (DHD Series)
Used for drilling mining blast holes with a diameter of (80 - 185mm)
Achieving high hole-drilling speed, the medium and high pressure down-the-hole impactors can convert high air pressure into high perforation speed. It can operate under an air pressure of 0.56 - 2.46Mpa. The service life of components is improved. The design principle of the medium and high pressure down-the-hole impactors of Zhangjiakou Xuanhua Tengda Drilling Machinery Co., Ltd. is to strive to extend the service life and reduce the maintenance workload. For example, the wear-resistant outer sleeve tube after hardening treatment can be reversed for use, thus extending the replacement period.
Long service time. Due to the use of fewer components, simple structure and wear-resistant components, the working time of the impactor can be extended.
Reduction in the cost per foot of drilling. The increase in perforation speed increases the footage per unit of fuel. Due to the simple structure of components and long service life, the maintenance cost is reduced.
