Product Descriptions
The wellhead hydraulic control panel is an important safety system in oilfield production. It is used to control the surface safety valve and the
subsurface safety valve of the Christmas tree, and the vent valve of the over-cable packer.
Features:
1、The system has the functions of manual shut-in, as well as automatic shut-in at accident condition. In case of manual emergency shutdown, the
system control panel can shut down the subsurface safety valves and surface safety valves simultaneously or separately.
2、The high and low pressure sensor valve of wellhead hydraulic control panel monitors the pipeline pressure of wellhead in real time. When wellhead
pressure is higher than the setting high pressure value or lower than the setting low pressure value, the system can shut down the subsurface safety
valve and the surface safety valve automaticaly. The device has high reliability.
3、The device is equipped with a remote emergency shutdown system. When the wellhead is abnormal, the subsurface safety valves and surface safety
valves can be shut down remotely without manual operation on-site.
4、The remote monitor system of the well hydraulic control panel can monitor the parameters of wellhead in real time,and send a signal immediately to
shut down the subsurface safety valves and surface safety valvesif abnomality occurs without manual operation on-site.
5、If a fire danger occurs at the wellhead, the rapid rise in ambient temperature will melt the fusible plug and shut down the wellhead.
6、The system has functions of automatic pressure compensation and releasing. If the pressure of the hydraulic system of surface safety valve and
subsurface safety valve drops due to ambient temperature and pipeline leakage, the pneumatic pump will compensate the system pressure automatically
to maintain the nomal operationof the wellhead. The safety overflow valve wil automatically release the excess pressure to maintain the nommal pressure
of the system if the system pressure is higher than the set value due to ambient temperature or human misoperation.
