Product Structure and Key Features
Core Structure:
Brush Bristles: This is the most critical component. Typically made of thickened, densely arranged high-strength wear-resistant steel wire rope. This material combines hardness and toughness, enabling powerful removal of stubborn deposits without damaging the main structure of the invert (e.g., reinforced concrete).
Brush Body/Blade Disc: The bristles are fixed to a sturdy metal disc or frame, forming one or multiple rows.
Connection Mechanism: Connected to the excavator’s bucket or quick coupler via a specialized connector, ensuring easy installation and removal.

Row Design (Single, Double, Triple, Quadruple Rows):
Triple/Quadruple Rows: Compared to traditional single or double rows, triple and quadruple steel brushes offer a larger coverage area and higher cleaning efficiency. Multiple rows of bristles work simultaneously, completing cleaning across a wider range in a single pass, making them ideal for rapid construction in large-section tunnels.
Arrangement: Bristles are typically staggered or densely arranged to ensure thorough, gap-free cleaning.
High Wear Resistance: The bristles are treated with special wear-resistant materials and processes, offering strong corrosion resistance. They maintain long-term stable performance even in harsh, humid, and dusty environments, ensuring a long service life.
Customization: The product often supports customization. The brush body’s width, diameter, shaft thickness, bristle material, and row count can be tailored based on the excavator model (e.g., Komatsu, Caterpillar, SANY, Liugong), working environment, and specific requirements. For example, the brush head length can be 1 meter, with a cleaning width exceeding 650mm.
