The austenitic stainless steel chain series, such as materials like 304, 316, and 316L, have excellent corrosion resistance, such as in acid, alkali, and high and low-temperature occasions from -40° to 600°. In comparison, 316L has better anti-magnetism, adaptability to harsh temperatures, and chemical corrosion resistance. The martensitic stainless steel chain series, such as 2Cr13, not only have appropriate anti-corrosion capabilities but also have the strength equivalent to carbon steel with the same carbon content.
According to different usage environments, different SUS300 series stainless steel materials are used for production. These processes ensure that the tensile strength index of Longde's stainless steel roller chains is more than 25% higher than that of similar products from other brands.
