Usage method
Installation: Install the tunnel invert steel brush on the excavator bucket or other suitable equipment through a special connecting device. Ensure that the installation is firm and the connection is reliable, so that the steel brush will not loosen or fall off during the operation of the equipment.
Operate the equipment: The operator controls the excavator and other equipment to make the steel brush contact the invert surface. According to the condition of the invert surface and cleaning requirements, adjust the operating speed of the equipment, the angle and pressure of the steel brush and other parameters to achieve the best cleaning effect.
Cleaning sequence: Generally, clean from one end to the other and from one side to the other, ensuring that every area of the invert surface can be cleaned to avoid omissions or incomplete cleaning.
Inspection and maintenance: During the cleaning process, regularly check the wear condition of the steel brush and the cleaning effect. If the steel brush is found to be severely worn, replace the brush head or the whole steel brush in time.
