Utilizing a standardized containerized skid design with 2MW per modular unit, the system scales via matrix configuration to 10MW and beyond. This architecture allows enterprises to align capacity expansion with production ramp-up curves, eliminating heavy upfront CAPEX while enabling asset mobility for mining face relocation and site migration.
Superior HFO Economics
Engineered for high-viscosity Heavy Fuel Oil (HFO) operation, the plant delivers significantly lower fuel costs compared to Marine Diesel Oil (MDO) alternatives. The integrated automated fuel treatment and conditioning system ensures stable combustion despite variable fuel quality at remote sites. When combined with bulk fuel procurement advantages, the solution substantially reduces Levelized Cost of Energy (LCOE) per kWh.
Industrial-Grade Reliability
Powered by medium-speed heavy-duty diesel engines designed for continuous base-load operation, the plant features dust-proof, corrosion-resistant container construction with multi-stage intake air filtration systems to withstand harsh mining environments. The modular matrix supports online maintenance capabilities, allowing individual unit servicing without interrupting overall plant output.
Rapid Deployment & Commissioning
With Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) completed prior to shipment, the system requires only fuel line connection and electrical tie-in for grid synchronization. This plug-and-play approach drastically reduces construction lead times, making it ideal for emergency power restoration, greenfield mining site electrification, or permanent captive power installations.
Service & Support
