【Product Overview】
SP2000 “Stack Power” series is a 2000kW-class stacked 40ft containerized generator set. With compact structure, small footprint and easy transportation, it delivers 1880kWe rated power, supporting 50/60Hz and 6.3kV/10.5kV/13.8kV high-voltage output. Designed for 20-year long service life and 24/7 heavy-duty continuous operation, it is widely used in mining plants, industrial parks, overseas power projects and generator rental business.

【System Configuration】
Fuel System – Compatible with diesel, heavy oil and multi-fuel. Equipped with high-pressure fuel pump, safety filter and double-wall high-pressure pipe, ensuring stable fuel supply, high efficiency and low emission for long-term operation.
Lubrication System – Wet oil sump design with pre-lubrication and forced circulation. Multi-protection for low oil pressure, high oil temperature and low oil level, ensuring reliability under heavy load.
Air Intake & Exhaust – Air filter + turbocharger + intercooler for clean, cool and dense intake. High-temperature exhaust manifold + industrial silencer reduce noise and emission. Supports SCR/DPF upgrade for stricter emission standards.
Cooling System – Dual-circuit cooling (high/low temp) with jacket water preheating unit. Radiator + heat exchanger for efficient heat dissipation. Protection for high temp, low water level and low flow.
Starting System – Air motor start with built-in high-pressure air bottle, providing start and control air.
Control System – PLC + dedicated controller with touch screen. Real-time monitoring of speed, voltage, current and frequency. Complete protection against overspeed, overload, short circuit and overheating. Supports remote monitoring and data transmission.
