HENF Heating-grade Furniture Board
Since May 31, 2022, the standard "Limit of Formaldehyde Emission in Artificial Boards and Their Products for Heating" (T/CNFPIA 1003 - 2022) has been implemented. The formaldehyde emission is divided into three grades: HE1 (≤0.124mg/m³), HE0 (≤0.050mg/m³), and HENF (≤0.025mg/m³).
Among them, the HENF environmental protection grade requires that the formaldehyde emission of the board in a high-temperature environment of 30℃ is ≤0.025mg/m³. Compared with the ENF grade in the new national standard (≤0.025mg/m³, tested at 23℃), the testing conditions are more stringent, and the formaldehyde emission is lower in a heating environment. It can be said to be the strictest environmental protection standard in the world at present.
Certified by authoritative institutions, the environmental protection grade of Hangmei Solid Wood Board reaches the HENF grade. The actual measured formaldehyde emission at a high temperature of 30℃ is not detected (detection limit: 0.005mg/m³). The heating-grade furniture board has an environmental protection standard far superior to the national standard documents and is especially suitable for sensitive people such as children, pregnant women, and the elderly.
The TVOC is only 0.1, 50 times lower than the national standard limit
After being tested by the laboratory of the Chinese Academy of Forestry, the release rate of total volatile organic compounds (TVOC) of Hangmei solid wood boards is only 0.01mg/m²·h, 50 times lower than the limit of the national standard HJ571 - 2010 (≤0.5mg/m²・h). It meets the national environmental label standard for qualified products and can be moved in immediately after installation. It is especially suitable for families with children, pregnant women or the elderly.Still stable and durable in extreme environments
While meeting the HENF heating-grade board standard, Hangmei solid wood boards adopt the "new generation of wood optimization technology", a national patented technology. It not only physically optimizes the wood but also greatly improves the physical properties of the wood, effectively solving the industry problems of easy cracking and deformation of solid wood. It remains stable in extreme environments and can maintain excellent stability even in the extremely different climatic environments between the north and the south of China.
