The planetary power mixer is a dynamic mixing and dispersing device with no dead spots. Featuring a unique stirring mechanism, the discharge barrel remains stationary while the dispersing disc and stirring paddle perform both orbital and rotational planetary motion at adjustable speeds. This complex motion subjects materials to intense shearing and kneading, ensuring thorough dispersion and mixing without dead spots. An automatic wall-scraping mechanism is integrated within the vessel to dislodge adhered materials for continued mixing. Featuring a unique sealing design, the mixer supports pressurization or vacuum degassing. It finds extensive application across chemical, light industry, food, pharmaceutical, construction materials, and pesticide sectors for solid-solid, solid-liquid, and liquid-liquid mixing, reaction, dispersion, dissolution, homogenization, and emulsification processes. Power mixers are ideal equipment for producing inks, pigments, adhesives, sealants, ointments, paste-like materials, greases, paints, cream cosmetics, emulsions, paste foods, and additives.
