It is responsible for converting the mechanical energy from the engine into hydraulic energy, and precisely driving various actuators to perform actions such as excavation, turning, and traveling. 1. [Power element] - converts mechanical energy into hydraulic energy

1. Main Hydraulic Pump

   - Mostly variable displacement piston pumps (swash plate or swash shaft type) are used, which output high-pressure oil to drive the working device and travel/rotation.

   - Common configuration: dual pumps (main pump 1 + main pump 2) + pilot pump.


2. Pilot Pump

   - A small gear pump provides a stable low-pressure oil source for controlling the displacement of the main valve spool through the joystick.


3. Hydraulic Oil Tank

   - Store, cool, and precipitate hydraulic oil, equipped with a level gauge, air filter (breather), and return oil filter screen.


II. [Control Components] - Regulating Pressure, Flow Rate, and Direction

4. Main Control Valve (also known as Distribution Valve)

   - Integrate multiple valve couplings to control various actions:

     - Boom valve

     - Arm valve

7. Auxiliary valves such as check valves, throttle valves, and shuttle valves

   - Used for logic control, anti-reversal, speed regulation, etc.


III. [Actuator] - Converting hydraulic energy into mechanical motion

   - Boom cylinder

9. Hydraulic Motors

   - Slewing Motor: Drives the upper platform to rotate.

    - Store the pilot pressure to ensure that the safety lock (such as travel brake) can still be released after flameout.


13. Hydraulic pipeline system

    - High-pressure hose (SAE 100R series, pressure-resistant 35–40 MPa)

    - Steel pipe/hard tube (fixed part, high temperature resistant and vibration resistant)

    - Quick connector (easy to assemble and disassemble)


14. Seals and connectors

    - O-rings, Gland rings, Stromberg seals, etc., used for sealing in oil cylinders, valve blocks, and pump bodies.


V. [Monitoring and Safety Devices]

15. Sensor

    - Hydraulic oil temperature sensor

    - System pressure sensor (for some smart models)

16. Safety lock valve / Brake valve
