Don't worry—your data is still accessible. Every smart unit includes a hidden manual drive mechanism. You can simply engage the clutch and use the backup handle to open the aisles manually. Additionally, the system can be connected to your facility's UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) for continuous electric operation.
Q2: Is the electric motor loud? Will it vibrate our sensitive servers?
Not at all. We use Brushless DC Motors and precision-engineered timing belts. The movement is virtually silent and vibration-free. We’ve designed the "Soft Start/Soft Stop" feature specifically to protect fragile hardware from any sudden jolts.
Q3: Can the system be controlled remotely from my desk?
Yes! As an optional upgrade, we can provide a PC-side management software. You can check aisle status, lock the system, or pre-open an aisle for a technician directly from your computer terminal, making management truly "easy and accessible."
