Vertical drums cutter vertical barrel cutting machine
The vertical semi-automatic waste oil drum cutting machine is a vertical opening machine for drums containing materials, launched in response to numerous customer requests. It is mainly suitable for waste oil drum recycling plants, liner washing plants, and oil drum dismantling plants, and is a device for processing waste oil drums into new sheet metal. It can use a rolling shearing mechanism to disassemble oil drums of various sizes.
Applications:
The vertical semi-automatic drum opener is primarily designed for customers in chemical plants where oil drums contain solidified or semi-solidified raw materials due to time, temperature, or other factors. If it's difficult to remove the solidified material manually without first cutting the lid, the vertical cutter comes in handy. Simply place the oil drum filled with the material onto the machine, and the alloy blades mounted on the machine will rotate and cut, easily removing the lids from both ends of the drum, allowing the solids inside to be poured out. Cutting one end takes only about 10 seconds. Furthermore, this machine does not produce sparks, maintains a stable temperature, or generates iron filings during the cutting process. This equipment is mainly used in chemical plants, biodiesel plants, and material handling companies.
