Aluminized Packaging Printing Material Thermal Insulation Plastic Roll BOPP Polyester Mylar Pet Vacuum Metallic Food Package
Metalized Film is an ideal plastic material for food packagings, such as tea, coffee, biscuit, chocolate, meat, etc.
It is usually laminated with PET, BOPP, Nylon, CPP, and other films, resulting in PA/VMPET, VMPET/PE, or PET/VMCPE.
Vacuum Metalized Film is formed by coating a thin layer of metal aluminum on the surface of a plastic film by a special process. The most commonly used processing method is vacuum aluminum plating, which is passed through high temperature under a high vacuum. The metal aluminum is melted and evaporated so that the vapor of aluminum is deposited on the surface of the plastic film, then the surface of the plastic film has a metallic luster. Because it has the characteristics of both plastic film and metal, it is a cheap and beautiful packaging material with excellent performance and practicality.
