 Product Overview

The tetrafluoro solvent continuous suction filter is a corrosion-resistant and high-efficiency filtration device specially designed for laboratories, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. The product uses polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) material as the core, adopts a modular structure design, is compatible with the GL45 standard interface, and combines a vacuum pump or peristaltic pump to achieve the continuous suction filtration function. It can quickly complete the separation and purification of solvents, highly corrosive liquids or particle suspensions, and is suitable for sample pretreatment requirements in harsh chemical environments.

 Core Structure

1. Corrosion-resistant Filter Head

   - Material: Made of all-polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) material, resistant to strong acids, strong alkalis, organic solvents and high temperatures (-200°C to 260°C), eliminating the risk of metal contamination.

   - Interface Standard: The top is compatible with the GL45 standard interface for seamless connection to the pump system; the bottom is flexibly compatible with GL45 or GL32 glass receiving bottles (such as solvent bottles, filtrate bottles).

   - Filter Membrane Compatibility: Supports the rapid replacement of various filter membranes (such as 0.22μm/0.45μm) to meet different precision filtration requirements.

2. Continuous Suction Filtration System

   - A negative pressure is generated by an external vacuum pump or peristaltic pump, and the sample to be filtered is continuously sucked into the filter head from the liquid inlet end. After the filtrate is separated by the filter membrane, it flows into the bottom glass bottle, and the filter residue is enriched on the surface of the filter membrane, achieving efficient solid-liquid separation.

   - The modular design supports multi-stage series or parallel connection, suitable for continuous processing of large batches of samples.

 Operation Process  

1. Install the filter membrane into the filter head, and connect the pump system and the receiving bottle.  

2. Start the pump to generate negative pressure. The sample is sucked in through the liquid inlet, and the filtrate flows into the bottom glass bottle.  

3. After filtration is completed, turn off the pump, disassemble the filter head to recover the filter residue or replace the filter membrane.
