CW6163 Series Horizontal Lathe
The CW6163 Series Horizontal Lathe is suitable for machining small and medium-sized parts of various steels. It can turn the inner hole, outer circle, end face, cone of various workpieces, as well as various threads (metric, imperial, module, and diametral pitch threads), and can also perform functions such as drilling and boring. Main features: 1. The spindle has four gears + variable frequency stepless speed regulation, which can achieve gear shifting without stopping the machine. The speed regulation range is wide, which can meet the needs of rough and finishing processes. 2. The spindle speed range is 17 - 1000r/Min, and the through-hole diameter is Φ100mm. 3. The bed is made of high-strength castings using resin sand molding. The bed guide rails are treated with super-audio frequency quenching and precision grinding, with good wear resistance and precision retention, and strong bearing capacity. 4. The apron is equipped with a safety mechanism to prevent damage to the machine tool due to overload. 5. There are longitudinal and transverse power and rapid movement handles for the tool post, which are flexible to operate and user-friendly. 6. It has two feed systems: metric and imperial. 7. Electrical systems with different voltages and frequencies can be provided for different countries and regions.
