Overview
This pressure transmitter selects high-precision pressure sensor components from international companies. Working Principle
When the pressure signal acts on the sensor, the pressure sensor converts the pressure signal into an electrical signal. After differential amplification and output amplifier amplification, and finally through V/A voltage - to - current conversion, it outputs a 4 - 20mA standard current signal that has a linear corresponding relationship with the liquid level pressure of the measured medium (liquid).

Installation and use
Before installing and using the pressure transmitter, you should read the product sample and instruction manual in detail. During installation, the pressure interface must not leak, and ensure that the range and wiring are correct. The shells of the pressure sensor and transmitter generally need to be grounded. The signal cable should not be laid together with the power cable. Strong electromagnetic interference around the sensor and transmitter should be avoided. The sensor and transmitter should be periodically calibrated according to industry regulations during use.
On - site fault inspection: Most of the faults occurring at the construction site are caused by improper use and installation methods of the pressure sensor. Summarized as follows: 1. The primary element (orifice plate, remote - transmission measuring joint, etc.) is blocked or the installation form is incorrect, and the pressure - taking point is unreasonable. 2. The pressure - guiding pipe leaks or is blocked. There is residual gas in the liquid - filled pipe or residual liquid in the gas - filled pipe. There are sediments in the process flange of the transmitter, forming a measurement dead zone. 3. The transmitter is wired incorrectly, the power supply voltage is too high or too low, and the connection between the indicating meter head and the instrument wiring terminal is poor. 4. The installation does not strictly follow the technical requirements, and the installation method and on - site environment do not meet the technical requirements.
The above - mentioned faults of the pressure sensor and transmitter will cause abnormal output or inaccurate measurement of the transmitter. However, through careful inspection, strict compliance with technical requirements for use and installation, and timely adoption of effective measures, all problems can be solved. For faults that cannot be handled, the transmitter should be sent to the laboratory or the manufacturer for further inspection.
Installation of additional devices
(1) In order to ensure that the instrument is not affected by the erosion, too high viscosity or crystallization of the measured medium, an isolation device should be installed;
(2) To ensure that the instrument is not affected by the sudden change or pulsating pressure of the measured medium, a buffer should be installed. Especially when the pressure increases sharply or drops suddenly, it is most likely to damage and render the pressure instrument useless. Even the spring tube may burst, causing leakage.
(3) To ensure that the instrument is not affected by vibration, a vibration damping device and a fixing device should be installed for the pressure instrument.
(4) To ensure that the instrument is not affected by the high temperature of the measured medium, a bent tube device filled with liquid should be installed.
(5) Special-purpose instruments are strictly prohibited from being used for other purposes. It is also strictly prohibited to measure without a special and reliable device. Moreover, it is strictly prohibited to use a general pressure gauge to measure the pressure of special media.
(6) For newly purchased pressure detection instruments, metrological verification must be carried out before installation and use to prevent the accuracy from being damaged due to vibration, damage or other factors during transportation of the pressure instrument.
Daily maintenance
1. Check the size of the installation hole.
2. Keep the installation hole clean.
3. Select an appropriate location.
4. Clean carefully.
5. Keep dry.
6. Avoid low-temperature interference.
7. Prevent pressure overload
8. The pressure transmitter needs to be checked once a week and inspected once a month. The main tasks are to remove the dust inside the instrument, carefully check the electrical components, and frequently calibrate the output current value. Since the inside of the pressure transmitter is a weak current circuit, it must be isolated from the external strong current.
Solutions to errors
1) Make the pressure guiding tube as short as possible.
2) When measuring liquid or steam, connect the pressure guiding tube to the process pipeline in an upward flow direction, and its slope should be no less than 1/12.
3) When measuring gas, connect the pressure guiding tube to the process pipeline in a downward direction, and its slope should be no less than 1/12.
4) The layout of the liquid pressure guiding pipeline should avoid high points in the middle, and the layout of the gas pressure guiding tube should avoid low points in the middle.
5) The temperature between the two pressure guiding tubes should be the same.
6) To avoid the influence of friction, the diameter of the pressure guiding tube should be large enough.
7) There should be no gas in the pressure guiding tube filled with liquid.
8) When using isolation liquid, the liquid in the pressure guiding tubes on both sides should be the same.
9) When using a cleaning agent, the connection of the cleaning agent should be close to the pressure tapping point of the process pipeline. The length and diameter of the pipeline through which the cleaning agent passes should be the same, and the cleaning agent should be prevented from passing through the transmitter.

I. Quality assurance service
(I) The products are guaranteed with three - package service
