1. Q: What is the price of your service?
A: We will advise our offer based on your cargo details, like gross weight, volume, origin, destination, with/without battery(if cargo with battery, MSDS report is required to provide) and others necessary information.
2. And hidden cost?
A: We never run business in this way, when we advise our quotation to customer, we will state clearly that which part of charges are mandatory and which part are optional based on specific situations. we commit to our promise.
3. Q: How do we arrange the payment to your company?
A: You can pay by bank transfer (T/T)
4. Q: When is the timeline to make the payment?
A: It depends on sea or air shipment, for sea shipment, customer should pay within 3 calendar days after the goods depart origin terminal; for air shipment, customer should pay before the date of flight schedule from origin airport.
5. Q: Can we enjoy any payment credit?
A: Yes. This is negotiable if our cooperation is smooth and shipment become very regular. (on weekly basis)
6. Q: Can you help for cargo inspection?
A: Yes, we can. Please offer your detail requirements for the inspection.
7. Q: Can you pick up our goods from inland China?
A: Yes, we can. Please advise the address for coming up with the pick up fee.
