The fireproof coating board includes a rock wool board base layer, and a layer of fireproof coating is respectively coated on both the front and back sides of the rock wool board base layer. When this product encounters fire, it expands, and the released gas is non-toxic, environmentally friendly and pollution-free, and contains no halogen components. It is suitable for the fire protection of various voltage level cables in industries such as electric power, petroleum, petrochemical, metallurgy, communication, and construction.
Application scope:
Holes in electrical switchboards and cable through-wall holes
Passage of single cables, cable bundles, and cable trays
Passage of air ducts
Passage of combustible and non-combustible pipes
Sealing of large openings
Installation instructions:
Openings:
1. Clean the opening and keep the surface dry
2. Cables and cable trays must be kept dry, dust-free, and oil-free
Notes on certification:
Select the corresponding system according to different fireproof time limits
Single-layer board system (1 board, more than 50mm thick)
Double-layer board system (2 boards, more than 100mm thick)
Precautions:
1. If it is a double-layer board system, the second board can be installed in the same steps, flush with the back substrate, or the two boards can be bonded together;
2. If the pre-coating on a certain part of the board is damaged, you can use paint to brush it to restore the coating thickness
