According to different coating processes, there are three methods for adding water-based fluorescent whitening agents:
1. Add the fluorescent whitening agent in the form of a powder product during the color paste grinding process (i.e., the preparation process for making color paste), and then fully grind it until the particle size is less than 20um and evenly disperse it into the coating.
2. After grinding the fluorescent whitening agent finely, add it to the coating using a high-speed disperser.
3. During the production process, dissolve the fluorescent whitening agent in a mixed solution of warm water at about 30 - 40 degrees and CH₃CH₂OH, then add it to the water-based coating, and fully stir to disperse it evenly. The addition amount is 0.02 - 0.05% of the coating weight.
