According to different coating processes, there are three methods for adding water-based fluorescent brighteners:
1. Add the fluorescent brightener in powder form during the color paste grinding process (i.e., the preparation process for making color paste), and then grind it thoroughly until the particle size is less than 20um and evenly disperse it into the coating.
2. After grinding the fluorescent brightener finely, add it to the coating through a high-speed disperser.
3. During the production process, dissolve the fluorescent brightener in a mixed solution of warm water at about 30 - 40 degrees and CH₃CH₂OH, then add it to the water-based coating, and stir it thoroughly until it is evenly dispersed. The addition amount is 0.02 - 0.05% of the coating weight.
