　　　Instructions for Use
　　
　　I. Substrate Requirements
　　
　　1. The substrate must be flat and firm. If there are defects such as cracks and honeycombs, they should be repaired first to meet the design requirements.
　　
　　2. The substrate must be clean. Before construction, the floating ash, dirt, oil stains, etc. on the substrate should be cleaned.
　　
　　II. Mortar Preparation
　　
　　When using, prepare it by adding 25 - 30 kg of water per 100 kg of Yijiaoni dry powder. No additives are required. Stir it evenly into a thick paste manually or mechanically, and there should be no raw powder lumps. After standing for 5 - 10 minutes, use it while stirring. The mixed Yijiaoni should be used up within 6 hours to avoid hardening and caking, resulting in waste. The construction temperature should not be lower than 5℃. 　　
　　3. Engineering Applications
　　
　　1.  For waterproofing of walls and floors in toilets, kitchens, and bathrooms, as well as exterior walls
　　
　　Interface layer and waterproof layer
　　
　　Interface layer: On the well - cleaned and moistened base layer, apply a coat of PA - A type Yijiaoni mortar with a little force as the waterproof interface layer (thickness about 1 - 2mm). When applying, it should be fully covered and compact.
　　
　　Waterproof layer: Immediately after the interface layer is applied, apply a coat of PA - A type Yijiaoni mortar on it as the waterproof layer (thickness about 2 - 3mm). The application direction should be at 90° to that of the interface layer. When applying, it should be fully covered and compact. After the waterproof layer has set, it should be cured. Usually, when the surface of the waterproof layer turns white due to water shortage, curing should be carried out. You can gently sprinkle water with a shower head, *** several times in the morning and evening. When the waterproof layer is exposed, the curing period should be no less than 7 days. If there is a protective layer or various finishes on it, the curing period should be no less than 3 days.
　　
　　2.  For waterproof bonding of various facing bricks

　　Single - brick pasting: When pasting facing bricks, apply a coat of PA - A type Yijiaoni mortar on the well - cleaned base layer or the back of the brick as the bonding layer (thickness about 4mm). Paste the bricks from top to bottom or from bottom to top according to the marked lines or hanging lines, and use jointing mortar for jointing after the bonding layer has set.
　　
　　Double - coating pasting: When there is a waterproof requirement for facing pasting, the double - coating method can be used. That is, apply a coat of PA - A type Yijiaoni mortar on the base layer (thickness about 2 - 3mm), and at the same time, apply a coat of PA - A type Yijiaoni mortar on the back of the facing brick (thickness about 2 - 3mm) for pasting, and use jointing mortar for jointing after the bonding layer has set.
　　
　　The dust on the facing bricks should be cleaned before final setting to avoid difficult cleaning and soiling of the brick surface after drying.
