The vacuum cleaning furnace is designed to utilize the properties of synthetic fiber high-polymer materials, which can melt around 300°C, and the fact that they can decompose and char above 300°C when exposed to air, producing various decomposition products. At temperatures above 400°C, with a small amount of air and a certain degree of vacuum, these materials can be completely oxidized, allowing for the cleaning of workpieces. Leveraging this characteristic, the workpiece is first heated to 300°C, causing the majority of the high-polymer material on its surface to melt and flow into the lower waste collection tank. Only a small amount of high-polymer material and ash remain in the micro-pores of the workpiece’s surface. At this point, the furnace temperature is raised to around 400°C to 450°C (the exact temperature can be determined based on process requirements). Simultaneously, the vacuum pump is activated, and a small amount of air is introduced to allow the remaining high-polymer material to undergo complete oxidation, producing carbon dioxide and water vapor. These gases and vapor are then passed through a water spray scrubber before being pumped out of the furnace. The water carries away both the gases and the ash, ensuring that no pollutants or smoke are released indoors during the entire process. Even when the gases and ash are released outdoors, they consist mainly of small amounts of carbon dioxide and very little ash carried by the water.
