The automotive seat static strength test bench is a device used to evaluate the strength and durability of automotive seats under static conditions.
I. Main Uses
The automotive seat static strength test bench is mainly used for static strength tests of automotive seat headrests, strength tests of seat backrests and their adjustment devices, vertical strength tests of seat headrests, etc., to verify whether the seats have sufficient strength and reliability during normal use.
II. Technical Standards and Specifications
This test bench is usually designed and tested in accordance with relevant national or international standards and specifications, such as GB11550 "Strength Requirements and Test Methods for Automotive Seat Headrests". These standards and specifications provide clear guidance and requirements for the design, test methods, and test results of the test bench.
III. Technical Parameters
The technical parameters of the automotive seat static strength test bench can be customized according to customer requirements.
Load measurement range: within the range of (40~3000) N or larger, specifically depending on customer needs.
Load accuracy: achieve an accuracy of ±1% or higher to ensure the accuracy of test results.
Loading cylinder stroke: used to simulate the deformation degree of the seat when under pressure, with a loading cylinder stroke of about 500mm.
Displacement accuracy and resolution: displacement accuracy reaches ±1% or higher, and displacement resolution reaches 0.01mm or finer.
IV. Test Process
During the test process, the test bench simulates the forces and pressures that the seat bears under normal use conditions by applying certain forces and pressures. These forces and pressures can be precisely controlled and adjusted through the load device and control system. At the same time, the test bench also records the magnitude of the forces and pressures applied to the seat and tracks the changes in forces and pressures during the test cycle. By analyzing the stress-strain relationship of the seat, the strength and durability of the seat material can be evaluated.
