Product Overview
Automatic water quality sampling of pollution sources is the basis of water quality monitoring. Its quality directly determines the standardization of water quality monitoring and analysis results, and it is the core link of online water quality monitoring (supervision).
The SmartWQS2000 intelligent water quality sampler independently developed by Beijing Wanwei Yingchuang Technology Development Co., Ltd. fully meets the technical requirements of HJ35X, HJ/T372, etc. It can enable different sampling, sample supply, and sample retention modes according to different scenario requirements, continuously collect water samples from the discharge outlet of industrial pollution sources, provide uninterrupted mixed water samples to various analytical instruments in the online water quality monitoring (supervision) system for water pollution sources, and realize sample retention in case of exceeding the standard. It is applicable to industrial parks at all levels, pollutant discharge units, and sewage treatment plants.
Product Features
1. Multiple combination methods: It has 7 sampling modes, 3 sample supply modes, and 4 sample retention modes, comprehensively covering various application scenarios.
2. Automatic flushing and emptying: The pipeline has a back-blowing design with no sewage residue. The mixing bucket has automatic cleaning and emptying functions, improving operation and maintenance efficiency.
3. Intelligent detection function: Multiple detections for sampling, sample supply, sample retention, and emptying of the mixing bucket, with real-time alarm prompts.
4. Pull-out mixing bucket: The mixing bucket is equipped with a transmission mechanism for easy movement, maintenance, and cleaning, making operation and maintenance work simple and efficient.
5. Intelligent voice reminder: Voice reminders for key information, with simple and convenient operation.
6. Water-electricity isolation design: It has a rich interface, with more than 1000 built-in analytical instrument protocols, and can be quickly selected by Chinese characters, initial spellings, and digital numbers.
