Description:
The Excavator Undercarriage Spare Parts serve as the foundation for the entire machine's movement and support. They are the core components that bear the weight of the entire machine, transmit the driving force for movement, and ensure stability and mobility in complex terrain operations. Consisting of multiple parts centered around the "four wheels and one belt" system, the chassis is a crucial system for the excavator's mobility and stable operation.
Drive wheel: Typically positioned at the rear of the track, it drives the track to rotate, providing propulsion for movement, with the teeth engaging the chain track to transmit torque.
Guide wheel (leading wheel): Located at the front of the track, it guides the track's movement, prevents it from running off-track, and adjusts the tension of the track in conjunction with the tensioning device.
Support rollers: They support the weight of the entire machine, limit lateral sliding of the track, and evenly distribute ground pressure.
Support roller: It supports the upper track, reduces track friction and wear, and maintains smooth track operation.
Track assembly: including chain track, track shoes, chain pins, chain links, etc., is the core component for ground contact and force transmission, and is divided into steel tracks and rubber tracks.
Tensioning device: comprising a tensioning cylinder, spring, bracket, etc., used to adjust the tension of the track, mitigate impact, and prevent derailment.
Lower frame and track frame: The chassis frame, which supports all components and connects the four wheels and track, ensures structural strength and stability.
Travel drive system: The travel motor and reducer provide torque to the drive wheels, enabling travel and steering.
Slewing bearing: It connects the upper and lower vehicles, enabling the upper vehicle to rotate and withstanding the overturning moment.
Central rotary joint: It connects the hydraulic oil circuits of the upper and lower vehicles, ensuring normal delivery of hydraulic oil during the rotation of the upper vehicle.
Other auxiliary components: chain guard, chain plate screws, bottom guard, etc., to protect the chassis and reduce malfunctions
